Tickets to wristbands exchange

You will need to come to the ticket office to exchange your e-tickets for admission wristbands.

To avoid the last minute rush, we recommend that you pick them up in advance during the opening period of the ticket office located at the Foire office (at 431, 11e Avenue, Barraute) which will be open on Friday, August 30 and Saturday, August 31 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. After 6:30 p.m., the ticket office will be moved to the entrance of the Arena.

Before going to the box office, make sure you have your electronic tickets ready on the screen of your mobile device or have your tickets printed on a piece of paper. If you choose the "collection at the counter" option instead of choosing the electronic and printable tickets, please bring your confirmation number or invoice number with you.
